
Vincent Brussee’s (he/him) research focuses on the Social Credit System and digital media regulation. He specializes in innovative data-based approaches to study Chinese governance and society.
Prior to joining MERICS, he gained professional experience at the Consulate General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Shanghai and the LeidenAsiaCentre. Vincent holds a Research MA degree in Asian Studies and a BA in International Studies, both from Leiden University.
